Job Description
Job Overview:

This position is responsible, on behalf of assigned client(s), for management and coordination of strategic wellness plans, wellness programs, overseeing program engagement and budget, internal/external resources and events. Executes wellness program communications and promotions to employees, members and/or client contacts, manages participant and incentive data entry, querying and reporting in database(s). Ensures confidentiality of data and collaborates with the Corporate Health leadership and analytics team to provide program outcomes. Promotes collaboration and cooperation between TriHealth, client and other key client partners. Maintains high level of customer satisfaction with programs and obtains participant feedback through evaluations, utilizing results to develop program enhancements. Based on customer needs and scope of contract, may be required to provide direct service such as coaching, group fitness and instruction, biometric screenings, presentations, website/portal development, data entry and analytics, and other tasks as assigned. May serve as department representative on organizational teams and initiatives as assigned.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Health Education, Exercise Science, Nutrition or related field preferred
Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers (BLS)
2-3 years experience Professional Wellness and/or fitness client service
1-2 years experience Customer Service Direct customer service in wellness or fitness

Job Responsibilities:

Develops, designs and delivers health promotion services, including coordinating all wellness programs for assigned client(s). Develops and implements annual strategic plan with support of strategic consultant focused on targeted interventions.
Facilitates clear communications with all key stakeholders associated with wellness services as well as internally within TriHealth Corporate Health.
Coordinates customer satisfaction, client reporting, marketing, budget planning and outcomes measurement for each customer.
Coordinate daily operations including policies and procedures, customer service, assigned programs, data management and reporting, facility management and client relations.
Meet annual budget and quality assurance goals.
Provide accuracy in quarterly and annual reporting for each client assignment.
